Not happy with your piece of jewellery? We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This excludes natural gemstones and forms’ own natural imperfections. If you think there is a flaw in the construction of your jewellery, or if the size won’t fit or you just didn't enjoy it, get in touch at tineke@tinekecreations.com and we’ll give you credit for a new piece of your choice.
We do require the jewellery to be returned to us with registered post. We will arrange a refund or credit as necessary at your convenience, though unfortunately shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If a piece was broken on delivery we will replace it if possible but we do require photographic evidence of the breakage. This must be done within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, before arrangements for shipping are made.
Should we be unable to fulfill any part, or all of an order, Tineke Creations will suggest comparable substitutions. You are free to refuse these suggestions and are eligible for a full refund of relevant parts of the order.
If you choose to cancel your contract of sale with Tineke Creations you may do so within seven working days of receipt of the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us unopened and undamaged.
