"This is the story of a woman who has lived in five different countries in the last 20 years and has worked in more industries than most families combined.

Tineke Van der Eecken has worked as a criminologist, UN Gender analyst, restaurant owner, investigative journalist, not-for-profit marketing freelancer, CEO of a medical research institute, mediator in courts and prisons, and a short term accommodation host. Her mother was one of the first elected women in politics in the 1970s in Belgium and is at the heart of Tineke's poetry book, A Place to Land."
